We will give you a collection / delivery date when sending order confirmation. A rush order service is often available, let us know if you have a deadline to meet. We have midnight oils to burn.
What is your turnaround time?
Our budget is pretty tight, how can we get a better deal for each t-shirt?
What is your order procedure?
1. Print / Embroider fewer colours. Each colour requires its own template, which will incur additional costs.
2. Print / Embroider on fewer sides and locations. Printing on the front and back of the t-shirt would cost more as compared to printing on the front only.
3. Print / Embroider a smaller design. Printing an A3-sized designs will be more expensive than printing an A4-sized design.
4. Ordering larger quantities will reduce the cost for each garment, awarding you with a better deal.
5. Minimise the type of printing methods used. A combination of embroidery and silkscreen would be pricier than if you were to only use silkscreen.
How do I Order?
What is your order procedure?
You will receive an email followup with an invoice attached after placing an order. It's a good idea to check through this e-mail thoroughly for any errors. Thereafter, you are required to make a 50% deposit to confirm your order and an revised invoice will be sent to you. This will usually be sent within 1 working day and will contain the following information:
1. Estimated delivery date
2. Print Size and Location
3. Proof sheet with your design placed on a T-shirt template.
The proof will display the print position, size, ink colours and any other additional information. You have the opportunity to make any changes you need. Production of the printed apparels will commence after your approval and deposit.
